Interpersonal Skills LAB is a digital method for systematic behavioral training and is based on know-how from high-performance management, high-reliability organizations, and agile project management.
Training participants immerse themselves in an exciting space adventure via a real-time computer simulation. However, during their secret mission, the spaceship suddenly has a severe system failure. The «astronauts» are confronted with boundary conditions from dynamic everyday working life: time pressure, different working perspectives, information flood...
Now, highly efficient teamwork is required. Purely action-oriented, participants learn and experience how to improve their performance in «such» situations.
Findings gained are already applied in short, repeatable simulation cycles. Behavioral measurement, rapid learning successes, and the immediate applicability in everyday life make the «LAB» a unique process accelerator in developing leadership and team competencies.
